Nose 闻香

牛油曲奇和带有甜蜜黄花调的香草,酒杯很快便被焦糖雪糕填满。番薯干、西梅干、葵花籽、甜烟草,以及一抹香橙,十分丰富。随后再有糯米糕、芝麻花生碎,这不就是甜茶粿吗?继续杯醒,慢慢散发出卡仕达酱、枸杞菊花茶和红糖片。喝一口再闻,更有熟透的多汁菠萝。令我联想到高质的波本猫,甚至还有秩父。非常讨喜,如果能稍为多点深度就完美。

Butter cookies and vanilla with yellow floral notes, the glass was quickly filled with caramel ice cream. Dried sweet potatoes, dried prunes, sunflower seeds, sweet tobacco and a splash of oranges. It also smelled like those sweet Hakka steamed buns with sticky rice, peanut crush and sesame. After a while in the glass, custard, chamomile tea, goji berries and brown sugar cubes. Ripe pineapples after a sip. It reminded me of some nice bourbon Clynelish, maybe Chichibu as well. Nevertheless, it’s lovely, some depth would be much appreciated.

Palate 味道

大树菠萝,菠萝,轻烟熏黄李,黄肉奇异果,以及灯笼椒。继续咀嚼还能找到牛油,新鲜核桃仁,花生油。接近尾段有一阵亮木漆,估计是源自首填波本桶,但因为前面提到的味道之浓郁,并没有太大的负面影响。最后更有些柑橘白络和柑橘皮加入。这跟之前尝过的静冈阿波屋酒店包桶很像。

Jackfruits, pineapples, slightly smoked yellow plums, yellow kiwi and bell peppers. Butter, fresh walnuts and peanut oil. A wave of wood polish near the end that didn't ruin the taste and added some pith and citrus zest later. Shizuoka?

Finish 尾韵

上了亮木漆的木头,依然有大树菠萝和菠萝。香草、绿茶,随后出现了稍苦的花生壳和菊花茶。而尾段是油油的黄杏和罐头芒果。

Polished wood, jackfruits, pineapples, vanilla and green tea, followed by peanut shell and chamomile tea that was slightly bitter. Apricots and canned mangos near the end.
